How Acuviso handles what you share.

Effective August 18, 2026 · Apeiron Labs LLC

Apeiron Labs LLC operates Acuviso. This policy explains what the current website collects when you request beta access, why we need it, who helps us process it, and when it is deleted. It is written to be read, not survived.

01

What we collect

We collect the smallest useful beta application we can.

  • Required application details. Your work email and the URL of the product you want Acuviso to review.
  • Optional context. Your name, a short product description, and the first meaningful outcome a new customer should reach.
  • Operational records. A request ID, submission time, normalized product hostname, application status, notification status, and bounded failure codes used to operate the form.
  • Security signals. Cloudflare may process IP address, browser and network signals when it serves the site, applies security rules, and checks the form with Turnstile. Acuviso does not add those signals to your beta application record.

We do not buy information about you, your company, or your customers.

02

How we use it

We use application information to evaluate whether your product fits the private beta, understand the activation outcome you care about, contact you about access, prevent duplicate or automated submissions, and troubleshoot delivery failures.

We may reply to the work email you provide. The public form itself does not send an automatic confirmation email.

03

What does not happen

  • We do not sell or rent beta application information.
  • We do not use it for advertising or cross-site tracking.
  • Submitting the form does not launch an AI test, create an account, or issue a review credit.
  • Applicant names, email addresses, product URLs, and free-text answers are not written to Acuviso application logs.

04

Services that help us

We use a short, named list of providers to operate the beta application flow.

Cloudflare
Provides DNS, site hosting, serverless functions, the D1 application database, Turnstile bot protection, firewall controls, protected owner access, operational logs, and privacy-focused web analytics.
Resend
Sends a generic notice to Acuviso when a new application arrives. The notice contains no applicant name, email, product URL, or free-text answers; those stay in the protected dashboard.

You can read Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice and Resend’s privacy policy for more about their practices.

05

Retention and deletion

Active application record Deleted after 90 days

Once each day, an automated maintenance task deletes beta application records and related daily rate-limit counters older than 90 days from the active D1 database.

Cloudflare security and platform logs follow the retention settings and terms of the services that produce them. The generic owner notification may remain in Acuviso’s administrative mailbox, but it contains no applicant details.

You can request earlier deletion using the contact method below. We may retain a minimal record if required to comply with law, resolve a dispute, or protect the service from abuse.

06

Security and access

Beta applications are stored in Cloudflare D1. The owner dashboard and its API are protected by Cloudflare Access, restricted to one approved email address, and independently verify the Access identity before returning applicant information.

Notifications contain only a link to that protected dashboard. Acuviso also limits request size, checks allowed fields and origins, uses a honeypot and Turnstile, deduplicates repeated applications, and applies daily and short-window rate limits.

No internet service can promise perfect security. If Acuviso discovers a material incident affecting your information, we will respond and provide notice when required.

07

Your choices

You can ask what application information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional access, objection, restriction, portability, or complaint rights.

Send requests to [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may reply to the email on the application to verify the request before acting on it.

08

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on public pages to understand aggregate page views, referrers, device and browser mix, countries, and performance metrics. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data, does not track people across different websites, and does not record query strings.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we do not use session replay or build individual visitor profiles.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies and process browser, device, and network signals to deliver the site, block abuse, and verify Turnstile challenges. Those controls protect the form; they are not used by Acuviso to build advertising profiles.

09

Changes to this policy

Acuviso is in private beta, so the product and its data flows will change. We will update this page and its effective date before collecting a new category of information or using existing information for a materially different purpose.

If a material change affects people already on the beta list, we will use the work email on the application to provide notice when appropriate.
